Customisation Rules

1. Artwork Format Requirements

To ensure crisp logo replication on corporate gifts, the Client must provide vector graphic files of their branding marks. We accept the following vector file formats:

• **Adobe Illustrator (.AI)** – Recommended, with all text paths converted to outlines.
• **Encapsulated PostScript (.EPS)** – CMYK color mode format vector file.
• **Vector PDF (.PDF)** – High-resolution print-ready files containing vector layers.

Raster image files (such as .JPEG, .PNG, or .GIF) are **not** accepted for laser engraving, debossing, or hot foil stamping, as they lose fidelity and cause blurry edge borders. For full-color UV prints, raster images must have a minimum resolution of 300 DPI.

2. Pantone Color Matching (PMS)

For screen printing and UV printing, we map all logo colors to the **Pantone Matching System (PMS)** Solid Coated library. The Client must supply their specific PMS color codes prior to production.

Please note that exact color matching is not possible on natural materials (such as bamboo organizers) or during thermal debossing on leatherette binders. Visual color variations can occur based on substrate textures and the heat applied during stamping operations.

3. Technical Printing & Engraving Tolerances

Due to the mechanical properties of rotary lasers, laser heads, and debossing clamp jigs:

• A placement tolerance deviation of **+/- 1.5mm** from approved centerlines or alignment templates is considered commercially acceptable.
• Laser engraving colors cannot be customized. The engraved color depends on the inner base metal of the product: brass base reveals gold color, copper core reveals gold/copper, aluminum reveals silver/white, and bamboo reveals a natural dark-charred shade.
• Hot-foil stampings can be completed in metallic Gold or Silver only.

4. Digital Mockups & Physical Proofing

Before starting production, the Seller will email a **Digital Proof Sheet (PDF)** showing the logo placement, scaling, and color codes. The Client must review and sign off on this document. Production will not begin until written sign-off is received.

If a Client requests a physical pre-production sample:

• A physical sample fee will be charged based on the complexity of the product and setup times.
• Sample setup fees are refundable if a bulk order of over 1,000 units is subsequently placed.
• The time required for sample creation and courier shipping across the UAE will be added to the final production schedule.

5. Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)

To maintain production efficiency, our standard Minimum Order Quantity is **100 units** per product configuration. Certain premium executive gifts (such as Crystal Trophies) are exempt from this limit and can be customized starting at **10 units**.
